About the Role
Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a full-time Independent Living Skills Worker (IHSW) for our In-Home Youth,
Families, & Respite program in Duluth, MN. As an IHSW, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live
their best, most independent lives. If you are compassionate, warm-hearted, and reliable with a passion for advocating

Shifts: Varying shifts Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 5:30 pm and 2:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Every other weekend is required
for this position, including 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm and occasionally 11:00 am to 7:30 pm. Awake
