JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARY OF POSITION
The primary purpose of the Youth Case Manager is to enhance the quality of the group care resident services and to
promote continuity of care through case management for each youth resident of Sacred Heart Center Child Services. This
is a licensed group care facility for minors placed by child protection agencies. This position is a program manager and
will assist with program development and implementing programming and services for the Sacred Heart Child Services
