About the Role
CHEESE INSPECTOR AND PACKER
Job Requirements: You will be responsible for the inspection, packaging, and tracking of cheese wheels, ensuring
compliance with safety, quality, and sanitation standards. Key responsibilities include:
* Inspecting cheese and packaging materials for quality issues (mold, damage, foreign substances)
* Packaging cheese wheels by placing them on bagging racks, operating vacuum sealing and stretch wrap equipment, and
properly palletizing products
