About the Role
WELDER
As a welder, you will work with hard steel materials, primarily performing MIG, pulse-style hardwire .045 welding. This
position demands a high level of skill, as you will be engaging in ultra-sonic welding on materials ranging from 3/8" to
4" thick. You will be responsible for your own setups, layouts of fixtures, and fit-ups in a heat treat welding
environment. Over time, you will receive certification and training to weld all components of booms and other parts for
concrete boom trucks. All welding work is X-rayed, certified, and requires meticulous attention to detail.
