About the Role

Weld Trainee Key Responsibilities:

This job is for employees who are willing to learn the welding trade. Using various techniques to join metal components.

Reading blueprints. Setting up and operating welding equipment. Following all safety guidelines. It is a working

department where employees are making parts and contributing to the production of customer products. It is not a class

or program. All welders start in this department and are required to pass a weld test before moving to another

department in the plant. Overtime is expected.
