About the Role
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the overall supervision and direction of the weld department. This includes but is not limited to, the
following: Schedule, Plan, Organize, Supervise, and Direct area specific activities to achieve optimum utilization of
the workforce and equipment, conformance in meeting production schedules, continuous process improvement, effective
customer and employee relations and good environmental and safety practices. Provides support of other weld tasks as
dictated by senior leadership.
