Job Description: The Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Technical Lead shall participate in and/or lead enterprise
development initiatives by working with an Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) centric development
application: to include developing ESRI based maps, converting and standardizing legacy data into ESRI web-based service
