About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned VP of Engineering to lead engineering strategy and execution across a growing portfolio of

commercial development projects in Las Vegas. This executive leader will oversee engineering delivery from feasibility

and design through construction and closeout—while serving as a highly trusted partner to internal leadership and

external stakeholders.

A critical success factor in this role is exceptional client and contract relationship leadership , including a strong

ability to manage consultant performance, resolve technical disputes, negotiate scope alignment, and ensure contract
