About the Role

RESIDENT DIESEL TECHNICIAN

Resident Diesel Technicians support customers with complex on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks (field

and customer shop). This role provides expert level customer service to ensure the highest degree of customer experience

and satisfaction. The position acts autonomously within company guardrails with an entrepreneurial spirit and represents

the client brand as an ambassador. All Resident Technicians will be provided with fully-equipped service trucks.
