Operating Chemicals Technician. The Utility OCT is an entry job into Utilities operations and is responsible for safely
handling the department's logistics and operating chemical inventories, primarily responsible for loading and unloading
trucks and rail cars supporting the utilities areas with some additional responsibilities in the pulp mill and water
