Utility Billing Clerk
About the Role
Nature of Work: The Utility Billing Clerk is responsible for maintenance of the Water/Sewer Fund and customer records;
daily cash deposits; custodian of the petty cash fund; maintenance of filing system; act as the City Hall receptionist;
overseeing various licensing and permits; scheduling reservations of City parks; and assisting the Clerk/Treasurer and
Deputy Clerk/Treasurer when requested. Performs non-supervisory specialized work to provide technical and administrative
support to the summer Park and Rec Program, the Safety Committee, the EDA; and other city functions as defined by the
Eyota City Council. Serves as a backup to the Clerk/Treasurer and Deputy Clerk/Treasurer as needed. Must work
