About the Role

SLICING MACHINE OPERATOR

Utilizes cut gloves when handling a GMS 520 and GMS 1600 blade in setup and teardown of equipment. Demonstrates

knowledge of different meat cuts, meat quality, and meat handling requirements. Handles gondolas and equipment properly.

Operates and maintains TVI slicing machines, troubleshoots issues, and performs minor repairs. Follows quality control

processes and standards to ensure the products meet required specifications. Measures and makes adjustments on slicing

machines. Coordinates with team members and reports any issues or concerns to management. Complies with company
