About the Role
Position Overview The Safety Specialist is responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and professional operation of
company equipment and drivers handling flatbed, step-deck, RGN, and heavy haul freight. This position focuses on
advanced cargo securement, over-dimensional regulations, and driver compliance. The specialist will also play a key role
in driver onboarding and orientation, reinforcing company safety culture, and ensuring all new hires meet both DOT and
company standards.
