About the Role

TRAVELING INDUSTRIAL COATING FOREMAN

Supervise and coordinate coating crews on-site, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project specifications.

Perform and oversee surface preparation including blasting, grinding, and cleaning. Apply industrial coatings including

epoxy, urethane, and other specialty systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain

equipment and materials, ensuring readiness and proper usage. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients,

and team members. Document work progress, quality checks, and incident reports. Train and mentor crew members in coating
