TRANSPORTATION INVESTIGATOR SENIOR

The Transportation Investigator Senior position is part of the Investigations and Compliance Unit of the West Virginia

Division of Motor Vehicles and reports to the Division Director, Division Manager, or other designated executive staff.

This role involves conducting advanced investigations to gather evidence of reported fraud or violations of state agency

rules and laws, as well as handling claims for damages involving a state agency. The job requires interactions with the

public, insurance representatives, lawyers, and law enforcement, and the employee must use independent judgment to
