First Resources Corporation is seeking a motivated and dedicated Training and Development Coordinator. This individual

will be responsible for employee training and development. This position is essential in the overall success of the

organization and requires high level of accountability. Responsible for increasing the company's productivity by

teaching new skills and knowledge to employees, allowing them to reach their full potential. They will work closely with

the Human Resources and Quality Assurance department, to assure agency compliance with Federal and State regulations
