Trailer Mechanic
About the Role
POSITION INFORMATION Under direct supervision of the Shop Manager, the Trailer Mechanic is responsible for inspection,
repair and preventative maintenance of the various types of Warren owned trailers by using Warren and industry standard
methods and criteria to ensure the trailer is safe to be on the road. Functions of this position include: inspecting,
diagnosing, replacing and repairing brake systems ABS, electrical components, multi-axle alignments, hydraulic systems,
welding/fabrication of steel and aluminum and related equipment. BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES Perform inspections on incoming
(safety lane) and outgoing company owned trailers using company, DOT, C-TPAT and OSHA guidelines to ensure the trailer
