between generous volunteer blood donors and hospital patients who rely on lifesaving blood transfusions, and work
diligently to ensure their friends, families, hospitals have access to a strong blood supply. Through a flexible hybrid
work environment, Territory Representatives work to strengthen new and blood drive opportunities. They are responsible
for recruiting, directing, and training volunteers to organize blood drives and help secure volunteer blood donors to
ensure a stable blood supply for hospitals in regions where LifeServe collects blood products. As one of the 15 largest
