Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides daily nursing care and other services according to nursing standards of

care and documents appropriately. Includes but is not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, ambulation,

toileting, laundry, housekeeping and serving of meals. Assists in monitoring health status of the client and may

administer medications as ordered by the personal physician. Provides assistance to and from activities, appointments in

accordance with service agreement while encouraging as much independence as appropriate for each tenant. Partners with
