About the Role

TELEPHONE DISPATCH OPERATOR

The Telephone Dispatch Operator is responsible for operations like answering internal and external incoming calls and

directing them to the appropriate destination. Assists callers with outgoing and transfer calls, overhead paging, code

calls and monitoring various fire alarm systems. Maintains updated resource materials and directories, on-call schedules

and helps with training new telephone/dispatch employees.
