About the Role

Lloyd Richards Personnel is hiring a Tack Welder / Helper for full-time, long-term work in a manufacturing environment.

This position assists welders and fabricators with tacking, material preparation, and general shop support. Candidates

must be reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced production setting.

* Assist welders with tack welding and weld preparation

* Grind, clean, and prep materials
