About the Role

UKIYO is a 12-seat Michelin recommended omakase restaurant located on Larimer Square of downtown Denver, curated by chef

Phraseuth Paul Sananikone. The UKIYO multi-course omakase experience that uses Japanese techniques with worldly flavors

transforming it into a unique tasting menu where its offerings change based on ingredient seasonality and availability.

The right chef will work with Chef Paul and his team to help create a magical experience for our guests.
