About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES
Under the general supervision of the Assistant Deputy Director, the Supervising Examiner is responsible for directing
the provider solvency program within the Division of Provider Solvency. The provider solvency program is charged with
overseeing the fiscal viability of medical groups and Independent Physician Associations that qualify as Risk-Bearing
Organizations (RBOs), which includes financial solvency monitoring, review of all financial filings, addressing
compliance issues, corrective action plans, and conducting financial and claims examinations.
