About the Role

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated discipline lead for the outfitting & structural design team within

our engineering department at a new construction shipyard. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful design,

integration, and coordination of structural and outfitting systems for various classes of vessels under construction.

The ideal candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, interface with the production team to provide work

instruction and overall collaboration, purchasing dept., and project management to ensure timely and quality detail
