SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join American CHI St. Vincent Home Health

team. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose and treat patients with speech, language, communication and swallowing

disorders for patients in their homes. This role involves developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each

patient's needs and working collaboratively with families and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient

outcomes.
