About the Role

Don s Favorite Foods is an 18-seat, prix fixe, Italian-American inspired restaurant with an open kitchen and a strong

emphasis on hospitality, consistency, and thoughtful execution.

We re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to help execute daily kitchen operations for our small team. This is a role

for someone who is confident, self-directed, and comfortable running service in a tight, high-visibility environment.
