ABOUT THE SOLUTIONS ENGINEER I POSITION
At Puma, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a Solutions Engineer,
you will work in a client-facing role to design, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain the critical IT infrastructure
that our clients rely on. You will identify, research, respond to, and resolve complex technical problems. The candidate
will also be responsible for the deployment and maintenance of remote access solutions, administration of Network File
Systems, and the design and implementation of security standards to ensure best practices are followed. In addition, the
