Job Description
As a Shipping Center Lead, you will assist in managing a team of delivery drivers, oversee daily operations, and ensure
on-time performance. Responsibilities include monitoring the loading process, conducting training, maintaining vehicle
cleanliness, reconciling receipts, and ensuring KPIs are met. You will also handle communication with the Manager,
evaluate driver performance, and drive a route if needed.
