About the Role
Job Summary:
In this role, you will work with our field technicians and superintendents. This is a full-time position requiring
excellent telephone/client and in-office communication skills, strong computer and accurate data entry experience,
attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task, resolve problems, and work gracefully under pressure. This
individual will be responsible for the service department’s day-to-day business. You are the main interaction between
the client and the business; you will be responsible for answering service department phone calls and either handling
