About the Role
The Senior Maritime Engineering Director will lead and oversee all engineering functions within the shipyard, including
Structural, Piping, Electrical, and Mechanical disciplines. This role ensures seamless coordination between the Naval
Architect / production design subcontractor and internal shipyard teams, maintaining compliance with all contractual
requirements for vessel construction. The Director will drive engineering excellence, schedule adherence, and technical
integrity across all projects.
