About the Role
SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST
The Senior Financial Analyst serves as the administrator of the FA Select program, ensuring that the Financial Advisor
(sales professional) select plan is aligned with PCG's long-term strategy. Incumbent must understand performance
management expectations, standards, and risks associated with work processes, how work is processed from beginning to
end, and dependencies to other areas and departments.
Act as subject matter expert, liaison between the business users and the technology groups, analyst and problem solver
