Senior Drafter/p&id Designer

About the Role

Sharpe Engineering & Equipment is seeking an experienced  Senior Drafter / P&ID Designer to lead the development of

high-quality process and piping drawings for food & beverage capital projects. This technical expert will own P&ID

creation, support drafting standards, and provide guidance with a small drafting team—ensuring accuracy, consistency,

and alignment with engineering and client requirements.

You’ll collaborate closely with process, mechanical, and controls engineers while supporting site visits, field

verification, and project documentation that reflects Sharpe’s commitment to quality, safety, and operational
