provide strategic leadership. This is a high-impact role ideal for a results-driven professional with deep experience in

asset and property management, compliance, and client relations within the affordable housing sector.

As the Senior Affordable Portfolio Manager, you will assume full accountability for the performance and operational

excellence of a diverse portfolio that includes, but is not limited to, New Columbia Apartments consisting of LIHTC,
