About the Role
Job Summary:
The Security Staff is responsible for controlling entry to the ship during Gangway Operations and conducting screening
procedures as outlined in the Security Manual in SQM. Actual operational times will be coordinated according to the
ship’s routine.
The Security Guard will patrol the ship during nighttime hours and enforce the Master’s Rules and Regulations. He/she
operates under the supervision of the Watchkeeping Officer while acting as a Response Guard or during safety rounds. The
