About the Role
SECURITY OFFICER-3
The Security Officer reports to the Director of Security. Under general supervision, the Security Officer monitors and
provides protection and security for facilities, premises, employees, patients and visitors. This position responds to
security calls within the medical center and conducts basic investigations as well as troubleshooting of the electronic
visitor management system. Skills needed include the ability to physically patrol the perimeter of the medical center
and parking lot, as well as ability to communicate tactfully with the public. Knowledge of methods of security in
