About the Role
Job Summary : The Salesforce Administrator will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and will partner with them
to translate revenue strategy into scalable Salesforce processes, data structures, and automation. The Salesforce
Administrator is responsible for day‑to‑day administration as well as continuous improvement of our CRM and related
RevTech stack to support the full lead‑to‑cash lifecycle. This role will own the configuration, maintenance, and
optimization of our Salesforce environment to ensure Salesforce is a reliable, scalable engine for revenue growth,
operational efficiency, and data‑driven decision making across the organization. The Salesforce Administrator will
