About the Role
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
PREPARES SALADS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL PRODUCTION AND RECIPE STANDARDS. CONSISTENTLY PORTIONS PRODUCTS TO COMPANY
STANDARDS. PROPERLY USES EQUIPMENT TO ENSURE PORTION CONTROLS, FOOD QUALITY, AND EQUIPMENT LONGEVITY.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
• RESPONSIBLE FOR PROPER PRODUCTION OF MENU ITEMS DAILY.
