PROMOTE SAFETY, STABILITY, AND DIGNITY IN RECOVERY ENVIRONMENTS

At State of the Heart Recovery, the Safety Specialist supports a secure, orderly, and therapeutic environment across all

facilities. This role focuses on proactive safety practices, trauma-informed engagement, and client-centered

communication rather than enforcement. The Safety Specialist collaborates closely with clinical, operational, and

behavioral-health teams to reinforce safety expectations, support emergency response processes, and maintain

environments that promote client dignity, staff safety, and organizational stability.
