About the Role
BD MANUFACTURING OPERATOR
Produces molded pad sheets by operating hydraulic press with high heat process. Spreading and monitoring swing jigs with
rubber pellets, Initiates process by starting cycle with push start button which closes mold press to produce 2 molded
pads for inspection. Inspection of each pad is required and dinking out any defects on molded pads while waiting on
cycle times to be finished and pads to be removed from molding press. Monitoring thickness and weights of sheet pads
according to specifications. Maintains and records of daily production, scrap, downtime, etc. Reports any equipment
