Description

POSITION SUMMARY: Provides clinical consultation and support to staff and patients regarding the management of complex

wounds, pressure ulcers, ostomies, fistulas, and incontinence. Responsibilities include ensuring evidence-based practice

for skin integrity, wound management and incontinence care. Manages and monitors wound care programs to ensure quality

patient outcomes. Collaborates with the health care team to develop effective patient education. Develops and implements

educational programs for patients, staff and other health care providers.
