About the Role

The Denver Hospice has an immediate opening for an RN Case Manager.

LOCATION: Denver, CO

STATUS: Full-time

SCHEDULE: 40 hours, Monday-Friday, 8am -5pm.

PAY RANGE: $81,244 - $95,451 annually; Eligible for the " Take Care Of You" Program: Scheduled 72 hours per pay period,

receive 80 hours of pay.
