RIGHT-OF-WAY AGENT I/II

The Clark County Department of Real Property Management is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Right of Way

Agent I/II position within the Property Management & Acquisition Division. As a member of our team, you will prepare and

review agreements, contracts, and other real property documents, as well as review and analyze legal descriptions of

property and appraisals. This position negotiates fair market values and favorable contract terms and conditions, and

prepare, negotiate, and oversee leases of County owned property using tact, discretion, and prudence in dealing with
