About the Role
We are looking for a driven and patient CNA to become our new Restorative Care Aide (RCA)! The RCA is responsible for
providing care to a resident that is designed to strengthen muscles, assist with mobility, promote independence and
prevent functional declines.

* Encourage the residents to perform tasks for themselves as appropriate and as assigned by the Staff Nurse and the
residents’ overall plan of care.
