About the Role
POSITION SUMMARY
As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for continuously improving the quality of both the products and the
manufacturing processes. Any quality issues regarding our products and processes will be reported to you for
troubleshooting. You will be responsible for identifying the root causes for those issues by applying quality tools
including but not limited to “Cause-and-Effect” diagram, 5 Whys, and then working with cross-functional teams to find
solutions. In this role, you will be working closely with different teams including Production Supervisors, Quality
