Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator 1 for our Dodge foster care program in
Duluth, MN. As a Program Coordinator 1, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most
independent lives. If you are compassionate, warm-hearted, and reliable with a passion for advocating for others, apply

The Dodge program is located in Duluth in the Lakeside neighborhood, less than 10 minutes from UMD. The program supports
women ranging in age from 19 to their early 60s with mental health diagnoses, including brain injury and borderline
