About the Role
2ND SHIFT PRODUCTION OPERATOR
This position will initially work first shift, consisting of four 10-hour shifts, MondayThursday from 5:30 AM to 4:00
PM. Beginning in Summer 2026, the schedule is expected to transition to the permanent hours of second-shift, with the
same four 10-hour schedule, MondayThursday from 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Please note that this plan may evolve as we
continue to grow and adapt the Chilton start-up location.
