Produce Perishable Inspector

About the Role

PERISHABLES INSPECTOR

As a Perishables Inspector, you are responsible for the daily inspection of inbound and outbound product. This includes

but is not limited to: monitoring product expiration dates or best use date; monitoring product for proper slotting and

addressing product issues with the supervisor or manager. Primary purpose of this position is to ensure that all

perishable quality and food safety specifications are adhered to. This encompasses both company procurement quality

specifications, customer's quality specifications (if applicable) and government regulations controlled in accordance
