About the Role

POWER PLANT SHIFT OPERATOR

The Power Plant Shift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the onsite power plant supporting

the John O. Pastore Center in Cranston, Rhode Island. Working in rotating 12-hour shifts, this role ensures continuous

plant operations by monitoring two gas turbine generators and associated systems. The Power Plant Shift Operator reports

directly to NORESCO's Plant Manager. Comprehensive equipment and site-specific training will be provided.
