About the Role

POWDER COAT PAINTER

As a Powder Coat Painter, you will be responsible for maintaining spray guns and equipment, ensuring the cleanliness of

the booth between color changes to prevent cross-contamination, and spraying wash parts prior to applying powder. You

will visually inspect all products entering the paint system to ensure they are properly prepped and spray powder paint

to industry standards and customer specifications. Applying consistent mil thicknesses on varying products and

maintaining a daily schedule to provide a smooth flow into the packaging department are key aspects of this role.
