Job Description

· Grounds must be picked up every morning before the leasing office opens.

· Remove all trash, pet waste and any other debris throughout the property's walkways, parking lot or any other common

areas.

· Trash bins/Dumpster enclosures must be cleared of trash, debris and/or furniture.

· Graffiti must be removed IMMEDIATELY.
